How do I place an order?
You may select the desired product and ADD TO BAG. You can continue shopping, or VIEW BAG and then Proceed to Checkout. At checkout, you can either log into your account, create an account or checkout as a guest.
Orders with items marked with an Estimated Ship Date will all ship at the same time with the selected shipping method.
How fast will my order be processed?
We process all orders placed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that we do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays or on the following holidays:
New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day/Martin Luther King, Jr. Day/President’s Day/Memorial Day/Independence Day/Labor Day/Thanksgiving Day/Christmas Eve/Christmas/
Orders placed on these days will be processed the following 2-3 business days. Delivery is dependent on UPS and can be subject to weather delays.
Why am I being charged sales tax?
As of Jan 1, 2019, NESSO is required to collect sales tax in the below locations according to a recent Supreme Court Ruling. This list is subject to change:

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests.
What do I do if I am interested in a product that is sold out?
As our luxury leather goods are handcrafted in Italy in small batches, we have limited quantities available at any given time. If you are interested in a product that is sold out please email Nessobrand@gmail.com. Once the product is back in stock, we will contact you via email.
I received my order and an item was damaged.
We are happy to help with damaged items. Please email pictures, a brief description of the damage, the order number and your shipping information to email@example.com. We will follow-up with next steps as soon as possible. NESSO will determine the best resolution and may ask to see a product in person before making a decision. Although our leather goods are made of the highest quality Italian leather, slight wear and tear is natural over the course of owning your items. Please note that NESSO is not responsible for normal wear and tear, such as staining or dye fading.
What shipping options do you have?
Ground Shipping Free: NESSO offers FREE ground shipping via UPS Ground on orders in excess of $500.00 going to any destination in the contiguous United States. Please allow 5-8 business days for arrival. Orders are shipped from New York Area.
UPS Ground Shipping: We offer Ground Shipping via UPS. Rates vary and are determined at an at cost basis for shipping. Please note order processing time still applies to the order.
UPS 3 Day Select Shipping: We offer orders via UPS 3 Day Select Shipping. Rates vary and are determined at an at cost basis for shipping. Please note order processing time still applies to the order.
UPS Overnight Shipping: Overnight shipping is available via UPS Nest Day Air Saver. Rates vary and are determined at an at cost basis for shipping. Please note order processing time still applies to the order.
USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express Shipping. Rates vary and are determined at an at cost basis for shipping. Please note order processing time still applies to the order.
USPS Parcel Select Ground Shipping. Rates vary and are determined at an at cost basis for shipping. Please note order processing time still applies to the order.
Hawaii and Alaska: We ship to Hawaii and Alaska via UPS or USPS above options.
* All orders will be processed 2 - 3 business days after purchased. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes and we do not ship APO/FPO. Further, we currently do not ship to Guam and the US Virgin Islands. If an order contains an item with a delayed ship date, the entire order will ship together. NESSO is not responsible for delays due to weather.
We do not ship with signature required.
What countries do you deliver to?
We're currently only in the US, but hope to expand to other countries eventually!
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
No we do not ship to PO boxes, please provide a non-PO Box address for the shipping address.
My tracking number says my order is delivered, but I cannot find it.
If your package has not arrived on the desired delivery date, please contact UPS or USPS to open a trace. Once you have a trace, please contact us at Nessobrand@gmail.com with the trace information. We will follow-up with you within 2-3 business days with updates and next steps. In addition, we recommend checking with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received your package. It can take up to two weeks to replace lost merchandise while we investigate with UPS or USPS. NESSO is not responsible for lost packages reported more than 3 weeks past the delivery date.
What is your return policy?
NESSO accepts returns of unused product within 20 days of shipment, which means you have 20 days after your item ships to request a return.
Note: you are eligible for refund only after NESSO receives the item and confirms that it is unused. If your item is received with any staining or damage, we will not provide a refund for the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
How do I make a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that any shipping charges are non-refundable.
NESSO monitors customer account and transaction activity. NESSO reserves the right to refuse transactions and orders based on returns or order behavior.
What do I do if my return is lost?
If you choose to use your own shipping method to send your return back, NESSO is not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to help prevent this. For returns that are dropped off at locations other than UPS, NESSO is not responsible for recovering the return. For all other lost returns, please contact Nessobrand@gmail.com.
What is your exchange policy?
Nesso does not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are unable to exchange items unless the items are defective or damaged. If you would like a different product, please contact us email@example.com to initiate a Exchange. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Once we receive the item and it is inspected we will send you a replacement of the same item.
What happens after I send my product back?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Items purchased as holiday gifts will be accepted for returns until January 31st, 2021
What is your gift exchange policy?
Nesso does not accept exchanges.

Where are your products made?
Our luxury leather goods and gifts are all handcrafted in Florence, Italy. The artisans who product our luxury leather gifts all produce goods for the world's top luxury brands.
Why are your products so expensive?
Our high-end, handcrafted products are sourced directly from Italian artisans. We sell the same products as top international luxury brands and houses, but at a fraction of the price.
